Ducks or Beavers?

Today is a big day in Oregon. We have the big Civil War game between the Ducks UofO, and the Beavers OSU. I am a Ducks fan because my Niece is a freshman this year.

My brother is so proud.

Next year will be a different story. We will have a rival in the family. My nephew is going to be a Beaver at OSU. I will cross that bridge when it comes :) I will have to do some creative jersey altering. I'll be at my sisters tonight to watch the game. GO DUCKS!!!!

I have been a bit distracted in Christmas decorating this year. I have been doing some furniture shopping. Whew that was tiresome . But the new couch comes tomorrow. YEAH! (clapping and squealing like a little girl) I will show before and after pictures when I get it all together this weekend.

I did make a wreath for my neighbor and myself.

I saw this idea on Just a Girl.

I went to IKEA and bought 2 big tubs of christmas balls

I didn't have a wire hanger so off to the dollar store I went. While I was there I picked up some big bells and a bow. So this is what I did.

It was really easy and it cost about $15.00. When I came back into the house this is what was left

Now onto the real decorating and I will be singing Fa la la la la, la la la la.

I also took my neighbors to the casino the other day and had so much fun.

I enjoy my neighbors everday. This is Chuck I made a wreath for his door too. He is putting lights up on his deck and he is singing. I love it!

I didn't win any money but I got some new laugh lines. My cheeks hurt from smiling and laughing with these two all day.

Ok I have got to get busy with Christmas before it is over.
